Made-to-order
Nothing here sits on a shelf. We print, sand, and assemble each charm only after you order, so it is fresh and just for you. Because of that, please allow a little extra time before it ships.
Processing time
Standard charms take 3 to 5 business days to make. Custom and limited pieces may take up to 7 business days. You will get a confirmation the moment your order is on its way.
Worldwide delivery
We ship everywhere. No matter the country, there is a tiny friend ready to travel to you. Delivery times after dispatch vary by destination, usually 5 to 15 business days.
